SRD Program Payment Policy

• Fee for SRD programs must be paid in full before or on the deadline. If this does not occur, then the participant/s reserved spot cannot be guaranteed.

• Refunds will only be granted if participant/s notify SRD Staff that they are unable to attend. SRD must be notified no later than one day before the event is scheduled to take place​                                                                                                  **Refunds must be picked up within a week of the participant/s notification            of their inability to attend.​

             **The amount of any refund that is not picked up will not be kept as credit                    towards payment for any future programs.​

             **Refunds will not be granted if participant/s only attends part of a                                program, or is asked to leave for any reason during the program.

• SRD Fee Waivers are available, ask staff for more details.

Cancellation

• The SRD reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. A full refund will be given for any class or activity that is cancelled by the SRD.
