SRD Program Payment Policy

Fee for SRD programs must be paid in full before or on the deadline. If this does not occur, then the participant/s reserved spot cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will only be granted if participant/s notify SRD Staff that they are unable to attend. SRD must be notified no later than one day before the event is scheduled to take place **Refunds must be picked up within a week of the participant/s notification of their inability to attend.
**The amount of any refund that is not picked up will not be kept as credit towards payment for any future programs.
**Refunds will not be granted if participant/s only attends part of a program, or is asked to leave for any reason during the program.

Cancellation

The SRD reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. A full refund will be given for any class or activity that is cancelled by the SRD.
Please remember, when turning in registrations. Money and registration forms must be turned in at the same time in order to reserve your spot.

Movie Matinees
DATE: Wednesday's July 1st - 29th
TIME: Movie begins at 1:00pm
LOCATION: Acme
AGES: 4 and older
Please see van regulations on registration.
COST: $25.00 per person for season tickets
(Please send extra money for concessions)
Any person/s not registered for this program through the SRD that want to participate will be charged $4.00 per movie if the SRD has extra tickets. If the SRD is out of tickets, you will have to pay the full price at the theater for a ticket.

Museum of Flying
DATE: Monday, August 24th
TIME: Leaving building at 8:00am - 3:30pm
LOCATION: Greybull, Wy
AGES: 4 and older
COST: $30.00

On this outing we are planning on going to the Museum of Flight and Aerial Firefighting in Greybull WY. The Museum of Flight & Aerial Firefighting showcases several different kinds of aircraft integral to aerial firefighting

Crafty Raspberries
DATE: Monday, September 21st
TIME: 8:00am - 3:30pm
LOCATION: SRD & Son Harvest
AGES: 4 and older
COST: $20.00

Join us on this fun and exciting day. We will be doing a variety of different crafts, eating lunch in the park, then to Son Harvest Farms to pick some raspberries (Raspberry pickin is TBA, depending on the growing season). If you have any allergies please let the SRD #24 staff know. Proper shoes should be worn considering the fact that we will be spending time outside amongst large raspberry bushes.Child/children must be picked up from the Rec building at 3:30pm or Raspberry farms at 3:00pm by parents or pre-approved individual. You must sign your child out prior to leaving the location.

Pumpkin Pickin and Corn Maze
DATE: Friday, October 16th (Tentatively)
TIME: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
LOCATION: Son Harvest
AGES: 4 and older
COST: $20.00

We will be taking the students to Son Harvest Farms to pick pumpkins! Everyone will get a trip through the corn maze, and pick a basketball sized pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch. If anyone wants an additional pumpkin or other items they will need to bring extra cash. SRD will be picking up the students at Shoshoni School and taking them to the Son Harvest Seasons. There will be no activity bus to take the kids home. They must be picked up from the Rec building at 3:30pm or Son Harvest Seasons at 3:00pm by parents or pre-approved individual. You must sign your child out prior to leaving the rec.
