SRD Program Payment Policy

Fee for SRD programs must be paid in full before or on the deadline. If this does not occur, then the participant/s reserved spot cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will only be granted if participant/s notify SRD Staff that they are unable to attend. SRD must be notified no later than one day before the event is scheduled to take place​ **Refunds must be picked up within a week of the participant/s notification of their inability to attend.​
**The amount of any refund that is not picked up will not be kept as credit towards payment for any future programs.​
**Refunds will not be granted if participant/s only attends part of a program, or is asked to leave for any reason during the program.

Cancellation

The SRD reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. A full refund will be given for any class or activity that is cancelled by the SRD.
Please remember, when turning in registrations. Money and registration forms must be turned in at the same time in order to reserve your spot.

Kinder Kamp
DATE: Wednesday's November 26th - April 29th
NO KINDER KAMP- Nov. 26th, Dec. 24th & 31st, April 1st
TIME: 2:000pm - 3:00pm
LOCATION: SRD Building
AGES: 4 and younger
COST:$15.00 (one payment for the whole program)
Don’t want you or your little ones to be cooped up all winter/spring? Join the SRD once a week for some fun activities! We will provide some stories, creative games or crafts to get your kids up and moving! This will be a time for your youngster to socialize with other kids in town!​

ICE ICE Skating
DATE: Monday, January 19th
TIME: 8:00am - 3:30pm
LOCATION: Lander Ice Rink
GRADES: Pre K - 5th
COST:$15.00
The SRD will transport the children to Lander Ice Rink. Make sure to pack water and snacks. Dress your children in a suitable manner for cold weather: snow pants, hats, gloves, snow boots, winter coats, warm socks and other warm clothing is mandatory. We will spend the morning ice skating at Lander Skating Rink. Once our ice skating adventure is over we will head back to the SRD to eat our packed lunches.
Show Your Shine
DATE: Monday, February 2nd
TIME: 8:00am - 3:30pm
LOCATION: SRD Building
GRADES: Pre K - 5th
COST:
Come join the SRD on this fun filled day. Alicia Sweets will be joining us and showing us cookie decoration techniques. We are also planning on doing some crafts, physical activities (outside and/or inside) and games. Please dress appropriately for the weather (Students who do not bring a coat on cold weather days will not be allowed to do outside activities). Closed toed shoes are recommended, as well as comfortable clothes to run around in.

Let's Visit Some Dino's
DATE: Monday, February 16th
TIME: 8:00am - 3:30pm
LOCATION: Thermopolis & SRD Building
GRADES: Pre K - 5th
COST: $15.00
On this day we will be going to the Hot Springs Dinosaur Museum. We will be doing a scavenger hunt. Then we will be heading back to the SRD to have lunch. After lunch, crafts, physical activities (outside and/or inside) and games. Please dress appropriately for the weather (Students who do not bring a coat on cold weather days will not be allowed to do outside activities). Closed toed shoes are recommended, as well as comfortable clothes to run around in.
