SRD Program Payment Policy

Fee for SRD programs must be paid in full before or on the deadline. If this does not occur, then the participant/s reserved spot cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will only be granted if participant/s notify SRD Staff that they are unable to attend. SRD must be notified no later than one day before the event is scheduled to take place **Refunds must be picked up within a week of the participant/s notification of their inability to attend.

**The amount of any refund that is not picked up will not be kept as credit towards payment for any future programs.

**Refunds will not be granted if participant/s only attends part of a program, or is asked to leave for any reason during the program.

SRD Fee Waivers are available, ask staff for more details.

Cancellation

The SRD reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. A full refund will be given for any class or activity that is cancelled by the SRD.

Don’t want you or your little ones to be cooped up all winter/spring? Join the SRD once a week for some fun activities! We will provide some creative games or crafts to get your kids up and moving! This will be a time for your youngster to socialize with other kids in town!

Bowl Your Way Through History

DATE: Monday, March 18th

We will be embarking on an adventure through the Museum of the American West, Pioneer Museum and Silver Spur Lanes. We will start our adventure visiting both museums in the morning and after lunch we will be heading to the Silver Spur for some bowling.

**Please send your child with a sack lunch and plenty to drink. Children are recommended to dress warm and wear appropriate shoes for the tour as part of it is outside.

Registration forms MUST BE COMPLETED fully and fees must be paid in full on/before the deadline. If registration is incomplete you will not be allowed to go and fee WILL NOT be refunded. Refund for inability to attend will only be granted if the SRD is notified 24 hours prior to the start of the program.
