SRD Program Payment Policy
-
Fee for SRD programs must be paid in full before or on the deadline. If this does not occur, then the participant/s reserved spot cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will only be granted if participant/s notify SRD Staff that they are unable to attend. SRD must be notified no later than one day before the event is scheduled to take place​ **Refunds must be picked up within a week of the participant/s notification of their inability to attend.​
**The amount of any refund that is not picked up will not be kept as credit towards payment for any future programs.​
**Refunds will not be granted if participant/s only attends part of a program, or is asked to leave for any reason during the program.

Cancellation

The SRD reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. A full refund will be given for any class or activity that is cancelled by the SRD.
Please remember, when turning in registrations, money and registration forms must be turned in at the same time in order to reserve your spot.

Stepping Out of the Box
DATE: Monday, August 26th
TIME: 8:00am - 3:30pm
WHERE: SRD Building
GRADES: Pre K - 6th

Lets do some steppin.
Join us at the SRD in making colorful stepping stones. We will be using colored glass pieces, cement and pavestones.

Raspberry Pick'in
DATE: Friday, September 6th

Join us on a trip to Son Harvest Farms to pick some raspberries. If you have any allergies please let the SRD #24 staff know. Proper shoes should be worn considering the fact that we will be spending time outside amongst large raspberry bushes. SRD will be picking up the students at Shoshoni School and taking them to the Raspberry farm. There will be no activity bus to take the kids home. They must be picked up from the Rec building at 4:00pm or Raspberry farms at 3:30pm by parents or pre-approved individual. You must sign your child out prior to leaving the rec.

Wooden Charcuterie Board &/or Sun Catcher

​Come hang with the Artisan Alley crew and do something different! This program is open to those 7 and older.
You will have a choice of doing a Wooden Charcuterie Board or an Eye-catching Suncatcher. We provide all the materials to allow you the chance to make something truly unique. On the Charcuterie Board you will have a choice of a round or rectangle board. For suncatchers we have expanded to add more ring sizes for all members of the family. All kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. As always, we guide you step-by-step to create your very own masterpiece, at the top of this flier. Drinks will not be provided, this is a B.Y.O.B. (bring your own beverage) event!
Shoshoni Recreation staff wants everyone to have a good time but we also want you to be safe and responsible. Please create responsibly.
Jump into the Past

WHERE: Casper (National Historic Trails & Jump Craze
GRADES: Pre K - 12th

This outing we will be visiting National Historic Trails, getting a tour and do some hands on activities. Then after lunch we will be heading for a great time at Jump Craze.

Pumpkin Pickin and Corn Maze
DATE: Friday, October 18th
TIME: 1:30pm-4:00pm

We will be taking the students to Son Harvest Farms to pick pumpkins! Everyone will get a trip through the corn maze, and pick a basketball size pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch. If anyone wants an additional pumpkin or other items they will need to bring extra cash. SRD will be picking up the students at Shoshoni School and taking them to the Son Harvest Seasons. There will be no activity bus to take the kids home. They must be picked up from the Rec building at 4:00pm or Son Harvest Seasons at 3:30pm by parents or pre-approved individual.
